Welcome to VAapps Smart Forms, a SaaS-based form builder platform provided by VAapps (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.

2. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users to explore the platform. No credit card or payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access to the service will require a valid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offering at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the data you collect through our platform.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You shall not upload, share, or store any content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates privacy rights.

4. Data Privacy

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including software, branding, and designs, remains the intellectual property of VAapps. You may not replicate, resell, or modify it without written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

7. Payment & Refund

Paid plans are billed as per the selected subscription. We do not offer refunds unless required under applicable Indian consumer laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
